The 10.1 release of Dragon Medical and Dragon
NaturallySpeaking for Dragon 10.0 users provides several features
that you may need for future
clients:
- Windows 7
compatibility:
10.1 provides compatibility with the new Windows 7 operating system.
- 64 Bit
Compatibility:
Installs and runs on Microsoft Vista and Windows 7 64-bit systems.
- Internet
Explorer 8 and
Firefox 3: Extends Dragon's Web capabilities to Internet
Explorer 8 and Firefox 3.
- Enhanced
documentation and
Tutorials: includes a “Commands Quick Reference” sheet and
updated Installation Guide and User's Guide, as well as updated Help
files and Tutorials.
- SP1
productivity
enhancements: 10.1 includes all enhancements provided in
SP1 including enhanced formatting and correction commands and improved
commands recognition in Lotus Notes 8.

If your client purchased or
upgraded their Dragon product in the last few months, They should have
received
10.1. They can check the version from the DragonBar: click Help, then About Dragon ... to display the
version splash screen. Simply click anyplace on the splash screen
to close it.
If a client has not received a 10.1 update and is
interested in obtaining it, the update
is free* and can be downloaded from the Check
for Updates option in the DragonBar
Help menu.
* Note: Because of
the size of the
update, Dragon
Medical Users may need to order an upgrade DVD available for $19.00.
