Did you know?
Dealing with difficult words.
The NaturallySpeaking Vocabulary Editor allows you to create custom "spoken forms" for words and phrases. This allows you to create your own pronunciation for words Dragon is having trouble with or for longer phrases you want to use by speaking fewer words.

To access the Vocabulary Editor, say "Start Vocabulary Editor" or on the DragonBar click on Words, View/Edit ...

Type in the Words that you will say in the "Spoken form" column to have Dragon type the words in "Written Form" column.

Remember, you only need Spoken forms if you will pronounce the word differently than simply speaking the "Written form"

If you feel that you could be using Dragon NaturallySpeaking better, give us a call. We can discuss the options and, if appropriate, set up a convenient remote desktop training session at your convenience.

Try not to smile ...
Overheard in Washington, D.C.:  a patriotic father pointing out a well-known building to his son. "You see that triangular-shaped octagon over there? That's the Pentagon."

It would be great if ...

Have you ever been using Dragon NaturallySpeaking or working with someone using Dragon and thought " It would be great if Dragon could ...."

Well there is a very good chance that Dragon can!  Next time that comes up, give us a call and we would be happy to discuss if, or how, your idea might be accomplished.
